Heart of the Beast

2026· 1h 41m

A lean survival thriller with real stakes, playing in English in Nice

David Ayer drops Special Forces officer James Belmont and his combat dog Odin into the Alaskan wilderness after a plane crash, and the whole film is a brutal fight to stay alive. Brad Pitt and J.K. Simmons anchor an adventure thriller that keeps the pressure high and the terrain unforgiving. At 7.5 on IMDb, it earns its tension, and a big screen makes the wild backdrop part of the threat.
